Getting started
Arz Bank lets you buy from international sites and apps, pay for subscriptions and pay with your phone. You top up your wallet, get a virtual Visa or Mastercard, and the same account opens up 7,000+ gift cards.
Four steps: sign up at platform.arzbank.com, or on your phone at pwa.arzbank.com. Top up your wallet, for example with USDT. Issue the card you want and load it from your wallet. The card is ready to pay.
Once your wallet is funded, issuing a virtual card usually takes just a few minutes. You see the card number, expiry date and CVV in the panel and the app straight away.
No, every Arz Bank card is virtual. Online, you enter the card details at checkout. In shops, if your card supports it, you add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay with your phone.
Cards
It depends on what you'll use it for most: Regulus for ad accounts, Polaris for travel, Astra for subscriptions, Stella for online shopping, and Capella for gaming. The cards page puts each card's network, limits and features side by side.
Compare cardsAlmost anywhere online that takes Visa or Mastercard: Netflix and ChatGPT subscriptions, Amazon orders, server bills. Some merchants don't accept prepaid cards; that's the merchant's own policy.
Yes. Save the card in the service once, and each renewal is paid from the card balance. Just make sure there's enough on the card before the renewal date so the subscription doesn't lapse.
Yes. Issue separate cards for different jobs, say one for subscriptions and one for online shopping. It keeps your spending tidy, and if you freeze one, the others keep working.
Yes. Freeze it with one tap in the panel or the app, and unfreeze it whenever you like. While a card is frozen, no new payments can go through.
Usually one of these: the card balance is below the amount, the card is frozen, you've hit a card limit, 3D Secure wasn't completed, or the merchant doesn't take prepaid cards. If none fits, open a ticket in the panel.
Pay by phone
Apple Pay works with Regulus, Polaris, Astra, and Capella, and Google Pay with every card. Each card's page shows its wallet support too.
Compare cardsOpen the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap + and choose Debit or Credit Card. Copy the card details from the Arz Bank panel or app and enter them manually. Once verified, the card is in Wallet, ready to pay.
Open Google Wallet, tap Add to Wallet, then Payment card. Enter the card details from your Arz Bank panel and complete the verification step. From then on, just hold your phone near the reader.
Yes, anywhere the terminal takes contactless payments. Hold your phone near the reader and confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode. The shop never sees your actual card number.
A few common reasons: your card doesn't support that wallet, the region on your phone or Apple/Google account doesn't offer the service, or a detail was mistyped. If everything checks out, open a ticket in the panel.
Fees & limits
Three kinds: a card issue fee, a monthly fee and a top-up fee, which is a percentage of the amount. The exact figures are on each card's page, and you always see the final amount in the panel before you pay.
Compare cardsEach card has three: a per-transaction limit, a monthly spending limit and a maximum balance. Each also has a minimum and maximum top-up. The numbers vary by card and are all on each card's page.
Compare cardsBecause each card is built for a different job. Network, limits and features like Apple Pay vary from card to card, and that shapes the cost. If you don't need high limits, a lighter card is usually cheaper.
Gift cards
More than 7,000, from brands like Apple, Google Play, Steam, PlayStation, Amazon and Netflix, across gaming, streaming, travel, fashion and everyday shopping. Each card is priced by its country.
Browse gift cardsEach brand sets its own price per country, so App Store credit can cost less in one country than another. We show each country's price separately so you can compare and pick the best deal, as long as it works with your account.
The one that matches your account's region. A US App Store card only works on a US Apple ID, and most brands, like Steam and PlayStation, follow the same rule. Check your account region in that service's settings before you buy.
The code appears next to the order in the panel and the app, usually moments after you buy. Copy it and redeem it in your own account, following the brand's instructions.
No. Once a code is delivered it can't be returned or exchanged, because it's usable from that moment. So double-check the brand, country and amount before paying. If a code doesn't work, open a ticket right away and we'll follow up.
Wallet & top-ups
It's your account's main balance. You top up the wallet first, then use that balance to load your cards or buy gift cards. You see the balance and every transaction in the panel and the app.
In the wallet top-up section, choose a deposit method, for example USDT or another stablecoin. Copy the address and network the panel shows exactly, then send from your own wallet or exchange. The panel always lists the methods currently available.
It depends on the network you send on. As soon as the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the balance lands in your wallet, usually within a few minutes.
First check in the sending wallet or exchange that the transaction is confirmed. If it is and the balance still hasn't arrived, open a ticket in the panel with the transaction ID (TxID). Always send only on the network the panel shows.
In the panel or app, pick the card, tap top up and enter the amount. You see the fee and the final amount before you confirm. After that, the card balance updates and it's ready to spend.
Security
It's an extra confirmation step for online purchases. When a merchant asks for it, the payment only completes once you approve it yourself, so someone holding your card details can't easily use them. Every Arz Bank card supports 3D Secure.
Card details are only visible inside your own account, online purchases are confirmed with 3D Secure, and with Apple Pay and Google Pay the merchant gets a separate token instead of your real card number. If anything looks off, freeze the card in a second.
Freeze the card in the panel or app right away so nothing else goes through. Then open a ticket with the date, amount and merchant name so we can look into it. If you've used your account password anywhere else, change it.
App & panel
Yes. The Arz Bank app runs at pwa.arzbank.com and works on iPhone and Android. There's nothing to download from an app store; just add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app.
About the appOn iPhone, open pwa.arzbank.com in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
It's one account: both connect to the same wallet and cards. The web panel at platform.arzbank.com is easier on a computer, and it's where you open support tickets. The mobile app is for when you're out and need something quickly.
The best way is a ticket in the panel at platform.arzbank.com, since your account details stay with the request and follow-up is easier. You can also email [email protected]. For partnerships and general questions, write to [email protected].
